Master António Neves, born in 1963, developed and refined drawing and painting techniques at the Vista Alegre Porcelain Factory. In 1987, he began his professional career in plastic arts.

He is currently one of the two best Portuguese watercolorists, having chosen the watercolor technique as the reference for his artistic work.
